I've cooked for friends, tv events, former presidents, cater weddings, and tons of restaurants... But i guess my favorite thing to do is to cook for private events, to play around with creations and the emotions of my guests. I love the surprise element, so I also play a little bit with molecular, and I love to pair my dinners with cool cocktails or interesting wines.
