Hello my name is Pilar Morrison and I was born and raised here in NY. I have been in the culinary industry for a little over 10 years now. I have worked at places like Lucky 32, Sullivans Steakhouse, Ci Siamo and Capital Grille. I went to a private culinary school in the south, where I honed in on my craft. I love being creative with the dishes I create, while also presenting an experience that one may not have known could be done with food. I practice farm to table, nose to tail, and molecular gastronomy. I also have a background in pastry and have created quite of few dessert specials that have been served at previous work locations.
