Private Chef In LancasterI have been cooking for over 35 years I Am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York I've had a five-year Italian apprentership , Swiss baking spent two years in the South Pacific very versed on fish and vegetarian cuisine I have worked for a large entertainment company and I am currently consulting for the Pennsylvania railroad Company in Stroudsburg. Would love to do pop-up dinners culinary demos in home celebrations
