I am currently the Corporate Executive Chef for one of the oldest and largest restaurant groups in New Orleans, I also moonlight as the exclusive private chef for a local Billionaire who owns a few professional sports franchises. Lastly, I own and operate a hospitality consulting firm focusing on positively improving operational standards within all levels of food and beverage operations. My ultimate goal is to change the world for the better one dish at a time by making food fun again.
