Was an executive chef for 20 years. Figured since restaurants and casinos had confidence in me to run and open there establishments, why not have the same in myself. I opened my private chef business around COVID times and have loved it since. I have not met a recipe I could not create. I also work with many allergies such as gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, among others, and have created special recipes from it
