I am a dedicated and honest professional who creates dishes using the highest quality ingredients with passion and integrity.
Since 1996 I have been cooking professionally, but my passion for the art started as a child. I remember helping my grandmother make soup at such a young age, I had to stand on a bench to see in the pot.
As soon as I was old enough to work, I started cooking professionally. From humble beginnings in fast food, an externship on a private resort island, to some of Cleveland’s finest restaurants, and then teaching the trade. I have been trained professionally at culinary school in the Le Cordon Blu classic style and methods. I have an associates degree in culinary arts, am certified in food safety/sanitation, as well as a ServSafe certified instructor/proctor. I look forward to impressing you with fine food and service.
