I stand on a foundation of integrity and character. Exemplifies the warrior spirit and never give up attitude. Mentally strong willed individual with high amounts of creativity, empathy, sympathy, and culture. I’ve been around people and food my whole life building a strong connection with both. I have the ability to build rapport with people quickly and then I connect with my food flavors and personality. I’ve had essential mentors in my life that guided and challenges me along my life and career. Thoroughly enjoy serving people on a more personal level because I have a strong passion for what I do and sometimes I don’t think it’s communicated when you cook for thousands of people a day in a restaurant.
