I love creating dishes, perfecting them and seeing the looks on peoples faces after an incredible meal.
I am a professional chef and caterer with over 15 years of experience. I primarily focus on fine dining experiences and love to play with twists on classic foods and beautiful plating, but at the end of the day, great flavor and execution means everything. If I am eating out find me at an Indian or thai spot and I love to reflect that in my cooking, but have spent many years making everything from sushi to fresh pastas and risottos, braising meats and cooking steaks and frying chicken and will happily and confidently create a delicious menu for you in whichever cuisine you most love.
