Pedro Porras is a Spanish chef from Córdoba, Spain, with a strong background in gastronomy and over 20 years of experience in 5 star Hotels, fine dining and Michelin restaurants across Spain and Europe. His cooking is deeply rooted in traditional Spanish cuisine, which he blends with modern techniques to create memorable dining experiences.

Trained in gastronomy, Pedro has worked in some of the best kitchens, refining his skills and developing a passion for quality ingredients and bold flavors. His career took him across Europe, including two years in the UK and three years in Copenhagen, where he gained valuable experience in diverse culinary environments and expanded his approach to food. In 2023, he embarked on a journey through South America, Mexico, and the U.S., further enriching his perspective on global cuisine.

Now based in Atlanta, Pedro runs Kitchen de Pedro, specializing in private dinners, pop-up events, and catering. His menus highlight seasonal ingredients and authentic flavors, offering a mix of classic Spanish dishes, contemporary creations, and Latin American influences.

Through Kitchen de Pedro, Pedro aims to bring people together around the table, creating warm, intimate experiences where food is at the heart of the celebration.
