Michelin star trained professional Chef with worldwide experience.

I am a Michelin star trained Chef who has over 20 years experience working in restaurants, hotels, bars and catering. I trained at Stratford Upon Avon Catering College in England and left with a Diploma in Culinary Arts.

I have worked in some amazing cities such as London, Paris, Amsterdam, Dubai, Muscat, Doha, Bangkok & Washington DC to name a few. I have also been lucky enough to work with some world renowned Chefs who helped develop my career.

The food I cook is classical French, modern European, however, I also have knowledge in Middle Eastern Cuisine & Asian cuisine.

I focus on using fresh seasonal ingredients ensuring that I make the food as authentic as possible.

Cooking is all I know. I grew up in kitchens as my mother is a retired Chef. I learnt early on about flavors and food.

I learned to cook at...

I learned to cook at Stratford Upon Avon Catering College and my first job was at Cafe Roux at The Grand Hotel Amsterdam.

A cooking secret...

I don't mess around with food. I cook from the heart and treat ingredients with respect.
