A passionate, driven and excited young chef; who is always looking to improve my techniques, precision & fluidity of the food I’m putting together!!

I’m a young chef with 10+yrs in the industry ranging from mom and pop pizza shops - to the highest 5 diamond rated Four Seasons hotel on the east coast! I trained formally at JWU, and have been honing my craft ever since. I love different cultures of food and exploring them with whomever I’m cooking for.
