My mission is to provide fresh, sustainable, locally sourced food in Hawaii, supporting local farmers and promoting a healthy, vibrant community.

Aloha, I'm Chef Paul, the mind behind Mahi’aina, a premier personal chef service that is all about warm hospitality. With over a decade of culinary experience, Chef Paul has worked at top regional restaurants such as Jackson’s Restaurant in Pensacola, FL and High Cotton in Greenville, SC, as well as the nationally renowned Commander’s Palace in New Orleans, LA.

After spending four years in the world of fine dining, Chef Paul took a break from the industry to explore and learn new techniques and cuisines. For the past decade, he has been living on Hawaii Island, where he has immersed himself in the local food scene, learning to utilize the abundance of fresh ingredients that the island has to offer.
