I am passionate about creating memorable dining experiences for my guests! I love teaching and the art of food!
I have been an Owner/Managing Partner for over 30 years. In 2000 I opened Blue Adobe Grille and grew the concept to 4 locations. I sold the concept and the original location is still open and thriving today. I have traveled through all of Europe, Central and South America and the US. My main focus of food is French, Italian and Mexican cuisine.
