I am a professional chef with over 20 years experience. I have been a guest chef at the James Beard house in NYC. I have been a guest chef for the Kohler food and wine festival twice. Throughout my career I have been known for my creative approach to food. I’m also know for not putting to much on a plate. Many chefs put to many flavors on one plate that kills the palette. I have catered for up to 10,000 people and have cooked private parties for celebrities, professional athletes, and business persons.
