I am a professional sushi chef with over 17 years of experience. I started in a fusion restaurant in Tampa and then ventured onto many other restaurants including one in Clearwater beach training under a sushi master.
I held positions as head chef at fine dining restaurants and also fast paced high volume restaurants.
I now own Dang Good Sushi with my wife, which is located in Trinity, FL. We specialize in traditional sushi along with new style foodie sushi, and also vegan sushi.
