Been behind the stove/grill for 12 years. I have worked my way from fast food to fine dining and had the opportunity to work with some great chefs and cooks in my area. Never went to culinary school, however there was never a need. I opened my own restaurant in 2022, "The Breakfast Caffe" and it is still in operation. It is an allergy friendly scratch kitchen, mainly focused on gluten free and vegan options. I have experience baking and cooking in those field of the culinary arts.
