I am an innovative chef, passionate about sourcing organic, local, and wild ingredients creating world cuisines with a local flare.
I am a personal chef with 13 years of experience in the culinary world. With a very eclectic background serving many different dietary needs and preferences from raw/vegan to paleo, keto, and carnivore. I studied at Creative Health Institute, have worked at many farm to table restaurants, was the head chef at Finca de Vida Retreat Center in Costa Rica, and have been a private chef (most recently a private chef for Texans NFL player Brandon Cooks). I'm most passionate about where I source my ingredients. I work with farmers directly to get organically grown produce, 100% pasture raised meats, sustainably caught seafood, and wild foraged ingredients. I believe in nourishing people and planet in the food I create.
