I am a professional Chef with 14 + years experience in the food industry.
My Argentine culinary heritage intertwines with a lifelong love affair with food and family.
My culinary journey goes from the crackling flames of my childhood grill to the bustling kitchens of New York City's culinary scene, and now as a Personal Chef in the grater Fairfield County area.
Left the Architecture world in 2010 and attended Culinary School in Buenos Aires, Argentina, returning to NYC to fulfill my lifelong dream. Worked in several restaurants in the City and then moved to Boulder Colorado where I worked at Omni Interlocken Resort in several capacities.
Have been in Norwalk, CT for the past couple of years working as a Personal Chef and a Chef Instructor.
