I have been cooking professional for 12+ am also specialize in fruits and vegetable carving, al a carte and buffet service/ menu. I never been to culinary school, i start my first job as a cook at 18 years old at a hotel and resort for 7 years doing hibachi, and making farinaceous dishes. Since i have move to the US i have been working at a few restaurant including Benihanas and with the American Cruise Line.

He made sure to really cater towards my boyfriend for his birthday and also made sure that I enjoyed my time as a vegetarian also! My boyfriend had the absolute best time and they even walked up three flights of stairs so we could eat on our rooftop! 10/10

Chef Oshane Powell and his sous chef/waitress were amazing and the food was delicious. They arrived in plenty of time to prepare our meal for a 7pm start. We were staying at an AirBNB so We didn’t have many materials and they had everything needed. They dressed the table beautifully and made special preparations as it was a birthday dinner. The menu was incredible and everything was delicious and prepared exactly to our liking. We had the clam chowder, vegetable tempura, filet and crab cakes with garlic mashed potatoes, and blueberry cheesecake and chocolate lava cake for dessert. Each course was meticulously prepared and presented. They were very attentive for everything we needed throughout the dinner. I would have another dinner with them to try the different offerings that Chef Oshane has! 10/10!!!

Chef Oshane created an amazing dinner for us for my boyfriends birthday. He brought all of tools and food needed and spent the afternoon in our kitchen creating unbelievable dishes. From the presentation to the quality and taste, we were extremely impressed. The table was beatifically set, and he timed the four course meal out perfectly. He also was sure to come out to tell us about each dish, and the the best way to enjoy it. He was very friendly and is very professional. We will recommend him to all of our friends and family and can't wait to have him again.
