I recently had the pleasure of a private dinner prepared by Chef Oscar, and it was outstanding. He arrived on time, was professional yet engaging, and paid attention to every detail. The presentation of each dish was beautiful, and the flavors were even better. Chef Oscar explained the story behind each course, adding a personal touch that enhanced the experience. The kitchen was left spotless afterward, which was much appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend Chef Oscar. Oscar and his assistant were phenomenal making the night so fun and special while celebrating my mother's Bachelorette. No only was he so friendly and great vibes but the food was incredible. Chef Oscar was all-around fantastic! He was very communicative during the planning process, accommodated multiple food allergies like a pro and was fun and engaging while he cooked. The food was 15/10, cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. He even went above and beyond to specialize a dessert for the birthday guest of honor without being asked. We will definitely hire him again.
