I found Chef Oscar/Take a Chef using an online google search and found the whole process super easy. Oscar set forth both his proposed menu and sample menus and let me mix and match items from various menus. He was very accommodating with a couple of guests with allergies/specific food preferences and so easy to work with. His food was so delicious and presented beautifully! Everyone enjoyed the evening and loved all the food. I will definitely recommend him and use him again in the future.
