Passionate about creating beautiful dishes with local produce. Mostly looking for temporary live in private chef jobs, (ex. vacation chef).
I am a young professional chef with five years of experience. I started in the kitchen making dinner for my family with my dad, and haven't stopped cooking since then. My first job was at 16 at a small cafe and deli, where I learned the ins and outs of working in a kitchen. Soon after I moved to working at an Asian raw bar and fine cuisine restaurant, based in Plymouth, MA. There learned to navigate a more professional environment and the basics of garde Manger, raw seafood dishes, pastry, and expo. My next stop was two sister inns and restaurants based in NH, where I was heavily immersed in line cooking, menu planning, event cooking, and time management. After over a year there, I moved to Rockland, Maine to work closely with two time James Beard Award winning chef, Melissa Kelly, at her restaurant Primo. My time there took my skillset to a completely new level, in addition to acquainting me with working with a wood fired oven. After a season there, I went to Orlando Florida to experience working at the Primo establishment set in the JW Marriott.
