I am an up and coming chef. I am self- taught but learned a lot of foundational concepts from watching my mom in the kitchen! My dream is to own a food truck and travel around the country. Cooking is a passion for me. I love learning and tweaking new recipes. I love it even more to watch people enjoy the food I make.
