Get to know me better

Chef since 1995, Nori trained in traditional sushi preparation in Japan. He then moved to Italy to train in Italian traditional cuisine.

I grew up in a family owning a traditional Japanese restaurant (sushi and Kaiseki ) and developed my passion for food and as a form to engage and impress people. I then became interested in Italian cuisine and took several cooking classes in Italy (Rome and Florence) and opened my own Italian restaurant in Rome. I bring authentic Italian and Japanese food to your table.

Not only a joy but a constant strive to achieve perfection. Colors, tones and shapes are all parts of my cuisine as a form of art.

…a very young age as I had my own private chef when I was in Japan. I then took masterclasses around the world to perfect my cooking skills.

to surprise my guests not only with the taste but also presentation. Plus I keep the kitchen tidy and clean as if nobody had been cooking there.
