I am a professional Certified Chef. Upon graduating from Johnson and Wales University I have 9 years experience in the industry. I have worked everywhere from Mom & pop shops, to fine dining, private catering, restaurants, 5 star hotels and state universities. I have 4 years pastry chef experience as well. My specialties include: American, Asian, Caribbean, Southern Comfort, Italian and Latin Cuisines. As well as Vegan/ Vegetarian/ Gluten Free dietary needs.
Any occasion: Dinner parties, brunch, weddings, weekly meal prep services, private events. Catered in either Buffet style, family style or plated.

age 4. Sounds cliche but I have been cooking/ baking since very young. When I got to high school I took Culinary for 4 years and went to JWU after.
