I considered myself a professional I've worked in NYC's toughest and most discipline kitchens for 6 years and in 2 of those years I was working as a Sous Chef at the 2 Michelin star restaurant L'Atelier De Joel Robuchon. I am very passionate about cooking French, Italian, Mediterranean, and Mexican food. I believe good quality ingredients speak for themselves.
