Hi - I am Maskao Nishimori, a mom of 3 kids who moved to San Carlos from Tokyo in 2022.
My licensed bakery business, "little maco's" began in Tokyo, and is now open locally in San Carlos since the winter of 2022 as well as Japanese bento box since 2023.
Little maco's offers Japanese-style cakes and baked goods crafted from high-quality, simple ingredients. My desserts are made with less sugar and traditional flavors including matcha, berry etc.
In addition to the cakes, I am also proud of my Japanese cuisine, including platters and snacks that I serve at home parties.
