Born and raised in Israel I moved to the U.S in 2015 to attand the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park , NY after graduating moved to philadelphia and worked for award winning restaurants such as Zahav and suraya. I specialize in Mediterranean food with a focus on jewish/middle eastern cuisine.
