I like to follow an all inclusive style of cooking, whether someone is looking for something elegant, light and healthy, vegetarian/vegan, exotic, or gluten free; the fun is in the variety and challenge for me. I have been cooking in the restaurant industry for over 25 year now, and have experienced many cuisines and worked with and learned from some amazing chefs here in Houston. As for who I am as a person, I love plants and animals, believe in being respectful and kind and try to follow a no waste lifestyle. (Here is looking at you carrot tops, they make a great chimichurri!)

Chef Niomi was amazing! The dishes were exactly what was requested and she went above and beyond. The presentation was excellent and her attention to detail and use of homemade ingredients was outstanding. She has a shining personality and was relatable and very comfortable. Which was our vibe. We thoroughly enjoyed our brunch and can’t wait to book again. My birthday was perfect because of her.

Niomi and her team were amazing! We had a celebration of Five for my husband’s 40th birthday and the food was amazing. Niomi Adjusted the menu to be exactly what my husband loves. It was a wonderful celebration and her food was incredible! 5 star meal!

Provided a fun presentation of the food. The food was absolutely delicious. Really great overall experience.
