experience, I specialize in Mexican, American, and Italian. But I love all cuisines. Started my career as a busboy at a local chain restaurant in NJ. And was always intrigued by the kitchen and the way they executed so efficiently. Worked my way up through the ranks there, eventually getting into the kitchen, and I have never looked back!!!

Chef Nik was truly extraordinary. His level of attention spent on presentation& taste was evident. My family truly enjoyed the evening. He took care of everything and was easy-going in nature. I hope Chef Nik opens a restaurant one day because I'd frequent it often. Grateful to have crossed paths with Chef Nik. I hope to work with him again.

For an incredibly special occasion like my engagement night, I needed a private chef who could deliver an amazing dining experience. Chef Nik exceeded every expectation with his outstanding culinary talents and first-class service. From our initial consultation, he carefully crafted a gluten-free menu to accommodate my fiancée's dietary needs, putting me at ease that she could enjoy every bite worry-free. On the night itself, Chef Nik arrived and transformed my kitchen into a professional workspace. The aromas were tantalizing precursors to the absolute perfection of each course he served. Highlights included a decadently flavorful steak cooked precisely to temp and an outrageously delicious dessert that left us speechless. Chef Nik's passion shone through in his attentive yet unobtrusive service, allowing us to focus on this incredibly romantic occasion. I cannot recommend him highly enough for any special event - his talents made my engagement night truly unforgettable.

I highly recommend Chef Nik. He arrived early, fully prepared, with most of his own equipment and cuisine appropriate serving pieces. He customized our menu just as we had discussed with great attention to detail. Our group was aged 33 to 95 and everyone loved the food, which was a Thai inspired menu. He left my kitchen spotless. It was a fun and memorable evening!

The overall experience with Nik was outstanding. Such a delight to be able to visit with good friends and know wr could all sit down to a delicious meal. Not having any cleanup was the icing on the cake. We would live to do it again.

Chef Nik was amazing! He honored our requests and just honestly went above and beyond any expectations we had! The food was incredibleeeee to say the least. He was super attentive and fun - it was a great experience and I would hands down recommend him to anyone looking for a private chef experience. I honestly can’t thank him enough for how special he made our dinner service. 20/10
