I'm well-versed in global cuisine, primarily influenced by Japanese, French, and Italian techniques, but I can execute any type of cuisine. Hospitality is important to me when providing my service; I aim to meet my guests' needs and take care of them so they can fully enjoy themselves. I like to entertain, educate about food, and creating an overall joyful atmosphere throughout the entire dining experience.

Nicot is a world class chef with amazing cuisine, fantastic locally sourced fresh fish produce and meat, and an all around joy to be around. He prepared an unforgettable meal for my family and we were so impressed we immediately booked a follow up meal later in our stay. It was an absolute joy to have the “Chef on Maui” cook for us. Chef Nicot is amazing at what he does! The meal was thoughtfully prepared and personalized for our group. We chose a Mediterranean style meal and each dish was outstanding alone and came together beautifully. The octopus Nicot prepared was the best I have ever had, so buttery and the sauce was great! I would recommend him to anyone visiting the island or even for a special event for locals.

Chef Thierry always surprises me beyond expectations !! Incredible colours and new flavours I’ve never experienced before. A real mind blowing culinary experience where all your sense are delighted. His professionalism is a cherry on top, on time, all the fancy dishes, plenty high quality food and the smile that certify he’s proud of what he created. Cannot recommend him enough beside guarantee you’ll remember that meal.

We LOVED our experience with Chef Nicot. We booked the dinner for after our elopement at our AirBnB. We had never used a service like this and Chef Nicot made it very easy - explained the dinner options and helped us choose what we wanted. Dinner was DELICIOUS and he was so friendly and happy for us when got back from the elopement. It really made our night special and we are so glad we booked, would definitely book again. Nicot was wonderful. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Besides making an excellent meal, he set a nice table for us, told us about each course, answered our many questions and we had nice conversations. The best part about having a chef is being waited on and NO CLEANUP! Thank you for making our anniversary so special!

Nicot was such a joy to have around and work with. We had various guests over a few weeks and he catered perfectly to all of their tastes and requirements. Nicot is creative, thoughtful, cheerful and loves what he does. His ingredients are fresh and best quality. He is very tidy and leaves the kitchen spotless. I honestly can’t recommend him high enough…ten out of ten.

Chef Nicot is an incredibly talented chef. He prepared a phenomenal dinner for 11 people for my mother’s 70th birthday. The food was absolutely amazing. I appreciated how all his dishes were unique. I told him how my mother loved Japanese food and he prepared two lovely curries to top steamed mahi mahi, which was the best curry I have ever had. The steaks, vegetables, and appetizers were equally just as amazing. Every single person raved about the meal.

We loved Chef Nicot - the menu was exquisite and the food was more tasty than anything I have had on the island. A special experience that we have recommended to friends!
