Hi, I’m Chef Coco, a private and personal chef with over 20 years of experience. I was born and raised in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, where my deep love for food and cooking first began. Growing up, I was surrounded by the rich flavors and vibrant culture of Puerto Rican cuisine, which ignited my passion for using fresh, local ingredients and creating dishes that bring people together.

My culinary journey has taken me across countless cities and countries, where I’ve immersed myself in the flavors and traditions of different cultures. From the kitchens of bustling urban centers to the quiet streets of small towns, these diverse experiences have shaped my approach to food. I specialize in international cuisines, vegan dishes, and special diets, ensuring that every meal I create is tailored to my clients' unique tastes and needs.

For the past seven years, I’ve worked as a private chef, offering personalized dining experiences that go beyond just serving food.
