Chef At Home In FullertonBorn in the Caribbean Island of Jamaica and raised in the United States, I am proud to uphold my Caribbean culture. Everything I have learned was instilled by my parents. As a teen, my love for cooking began. It was harnessed and developed through the years. Yearning to learn and know more about food, I enrolled and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu of Culinary Arts. There, I learned to cultivate flavors through the art of food. Having acquired the skills and knowledge I’ve attained, I began to infuse the Jamaican-American cultures. By doing so, I’ve created my own style of cooking, which is enjoyed by family, friends, restaurants, and resorts I’ve worked from Miami to Alaska. Now, I’d love to share those familiar dishes and more with you. Hope you enjoy!
