Passionate about cooking, I look for perfection in every dish.

I am a professional chef with 15 years of experience. I am young, motivated, and very passionate. I started cooking when I was 13 years old. I worked for some of the best restaurants. I turned to joining the Marine Corps since defending this great nation took priority but cooking never left my side. I was seen as a personal chef part time for veterans and Marines and Sailors. When I got honorably discharged, I travelled and staged and worked for some of the best restaurants in the world including saga and crown shy in New York City. Customer satisfaction is number 1, but I also like to treat everyone like family!
