Professionally, I started from the ground up as a dishwasher and worked my way to the top learning everything I could along the way. Been a Private Chef for over 3 years now. I am well versed in all cooking techniques and cuisines, including molecular gastronomy. I do pastry and breads as well. I also offer canna dinners for 329 card holders in Hawaii.
