Great food is the foundation of fond memories, and I count myself lucky to be able to provide people with it.
I am currently the head chef at a resort golf and country club and previously owned and operated my own catering company. My mother is a chef and I am proud to carry on the tradition in our family. I’ve had the privilege of working with, and learning by from some excellent chefs in my time working in resorts and am excited to have the opportunity to provide people with high level hospitality in their own home.
