After graduating from the San Diego Culinary Institute, Chef Nick studied under Chef Knibb at 910 in the La Jolla village. There he learned the detail oriented mindset required to create delicate art on a plate.
As a founding member of the BiTE team he constantly adapts to the newest trends in the culinary world while remaining true to his classic roots. An Italian chef at heart, he loves to make fresh pasta and elegant plates.
Chef Nick is passionate about authentic and simple menus that highlight quality, seasonal ingredients. He is always striving to provide his clients with a refined and memorable experience.
