As a chef with Caribbean American Asian roots, my culinary journey reflects the richness of my heritage. Raised between New York and Jamaica, I began in our family’s restaurants and bars in New York, mastering the art of blending diverse flavors. After moving to Miami, where my family opened a restaurant, I pursued my own path, attending culinary school and working in prestigious hotels. My expertise led me to serve high-profile clients, including celebrities and retired athletes. When COVID-19 changed the landscape, I launched my own business, bringing my multicultural influences and gourmet experiences directly to discerning clients.
