Professional chef who graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. I have experience from over seas in Greece as well as Manhattan and up-state New York. In Manhattan I was the chef for a modern Mediterranean Greek focused restaurant, who was also in Wine Spectators top 100 restaurants. When I was in Up-state New York at a small French fine dinning restaurant, my position was Lead line cook and moved to sous chef . I have obtained over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry including front of house due to my family owned businesses.
