Chef At Home In Hilton Head IslandI'm a professional chef who grew up in the kitchen cooking with my father and grandmother when I was 6 years old. I studied at Johnson & Wales in Miami, FL and worked for a few private clubs and hotels while going to school. After I graduated I moved to Louisville where I trained with Executive Chef Bobby Benjamin and the prestigious Oakroom, one of only 40 AAA 5 Diamond restaurants in the world at the time. From there I moved to Hilton Head where I was Robert Irvines Executive Chef at his restaurant EAT! The past 10 years I have been the executive chef at The South Carolina Yacht Club, Long Cove Club, and Frankie Bones.
