I am a home chef who has worked in and out of a variety of restaurants for the past 10 years. From classic Italian and French, to modernized alternative cooking, I have studied a multitude of cuisines that each add their own influence to my cooking style. I have studied the relationship between each flavor palate and how to achieve an overall delicious and nutritious feast for any occasion.
