Originally from Orangeville, PA. With 25 years of experience cooking in the finest restaurants, Chef Nick is excited to present his vision to you. Raised on a farm, Nick has a deep understanding of food from farm to table. His experience and passion culminate in extraordinary flavors and exceptional quality. He has lived on O'ahu for almost 6 years and in that time has fully immersed himself in the community, learning the beautiful tradition of Hawaiian cuisine.
