Chef Michael C. Giletto, Executive Chef developed his love for culinary arts as a young child during his time spent harvesting fresh ingredients from the land his family farmed and watching these ingredients be transformed into family feasts. Chef Michael graduated from the Institute of Culinary Arts in 1986, and his journey began.

Michael focuses on locally-grown products, seasonal ingredients, impeccable presentation, and cutting-edge menu choices to create a truly memorable dining experience.” A key element of Chef Giletto’s philosophy is that food should be as fresh and as local as possible.

From this early interest in the kitchen, Giletto has successfully expanded his culinary calling to encompass numerous awards and nominations as well as national television, and radio media appearances, in 2012 Chef Giletto was awarded the title "Most Creative Chef of NYC" from Wine and Country Magazine.

Wonderful experience

I would recommend chef Mike for any occasion. Mike is a true professional and beyond reliable. I hired him for a full summer and he always showed up on time and ready to please…going above and beyond the call of duty at times. He is open to various preparations and styles of cuisine and will cater to your taste. Beyond that, he is a kind person and very easy going. It was a real treat to work with him and I’d do it again.

Chef Michael was great - Extremely attentive, and very thorough with all of the details - This was the first time we hired a chef, and everyone was over the moon with the evening - Michael made it perfect

Absolutely tremendous! Not only did he create wonderful dishes that fit the theme of the event, but he gave some great advice on how to make the event even better. When I had questions he was super responsive, and he has done and seen it all, so he had all of the answers. Also gave a great recommendation on a mixologist who was fabulous as well. After dinner he was very amiable and sociable with all of our guests - felt like he was just one of our group (in a good way). Could not recommend him more.

Exceptional quality of food and service

Chef Michael was great, he’s a very nice and personable guy who prepares the best food we have ever tasted. He was neat, respectful of our home and family and cleaned up without a problem. We highly recommend him to anyone willing to try out his cuisine. He’s very flexible and will work with you taste and food preferences. You will not be disappointed !
