Am an experienced Chef for over 20 plus years, I obtain my culinary arts degree at the Restaurant School in Philadelphia. While attending school, I did my internship at a fine dining restaurant as a grill cook. I worked at some of the best restaurants and hotels in Philadelphia such as Savona, Ritz Carlton, Paramour to mention a few. Am big on using the freshest ingredients and paying attention to details.
