Chef Nathanael Dosa

I am a young chef with just over 5 years of experience in the culinary world. I began my journey as chef in college feeding my numerous roommate meals throughout the week. My passion for food grew and grew until I finally changed my degree and enrolled in culinary school. In my back-round I have wide array of experience working in restaurants varying from fine dining to a more relaxed and homey atmospheres. I am currently a pastry chef for Aramark Lifeworks leading the pastry and desserts department at their Walmart home office division. I would love the opportunity to share my experiences with you on all things food, or just give you an opportunity to step away from the kitchen for the night.
