I am a young, passionate, and aspiring chef looking to create memories through food.
Chef Nathan started his culinary journey at the Northeast Highschool Culinary Academy learning the basics of culinary arts. While attending school, he found him self working on the line for celebrated chef Michael Mina at the Farm Table. Wanting to take his skills to the next level he moved to Miami to study culinary arts at the prestigious culinary school Johnson and Wales University. While studying in the classroom, he was also studying in the kitchen, working under Rising Star Chef Cesar Zapata’s. After two years of falling in love with Asian cuisine, he moved to Orlando to work under the direction of world renown Chef Morimoto. Nathan has found himself moving back to his hometown to serve people what he has taken in during his studies.
