Julia Child has been an inspiration since I was a kid, and I have a Magnus Nilsson cookbook I have been dying to run through.

Chef Nathan was great, came to our house on time and was very professional. Explained each dish and the ingredients he used. Chef Nathan shared a little personal and professional background with us. I have to say it was a little weird at first to have someone cook in your own kitchen. But got over pretty quick once he served the appetizers: bruschetta with fresh tomatoes and basil and shrimp cocktail with homemade cocktail sauce. Then next the salad with homemade croutons he made in our oven. The sea bass was wrapped in potato slices and served on a bed of leeks with wine, mushrooms, shallots and fresh thyme sauce. Then finished off with desert of chocolate moose cake. We really enjoyed our dinner and loved the experience having Chef Nathan in our kitchen.
