I am a culinary artist with six years of formal education, a bachelor of science degree in nutrition management, three years of professional experience, and twenty years of artistic experimentation at home and with friends. I have always had a deep connection with food, cooking, and how these two things effect people. I grew up sick with Celiac Disease, so I know how important it is to feel good after you eat.
