Get to know me better

I'm sort of like the Chelsea Handler version of Nigella Lawson.

As a chef I have apprenticed in Italy, trained in a variety of kitchens in Los Angeles, and started The Nosh Department in 2015. I’m a passionate, friendly chef with almost 10 years experience. Most recently I was cooking at the One Hotel Brooklyn Bridge. I've been cooking my entire life and absolutely love feeding people delicious, nutritious food. I am dedicated to creating innovative, tasty and affordable dishes at top notch quality.

Most importantly, I love people and creating amazing experiences. I got my training wheels in Cali, so I tend to lean towards the healthy side.

age 6. My father is a baker and taught me about artisanal bread making very young.

A cooking secret...

is combining Italian techniques with some asian flavors. I love the simplicity of those 2 cuisines.
