Nancy Nguyen is a Vietnamese Chef, and owner of Beaucoup NYC. Nancy grew up cooking with her family, learning all the nuances of Vietnamese cuisine. Her passion continued, working in catering and private events for over 5 years and vast world travel that expanded her skill and palette. In 2019, she moved to NYC and started Beaucoup NYC, doing pop up dinners and events throughout New York. Chef Nancy is an alum of a three-Michelin star restaurant in New York City. She has a vast knowledge and experience in creating dishes that melds Vietnamese flavors with other cuisines, such as French, Italian, Latin, etc. She is able to do both traditional and modern Asian food. Chef Nancy made my at home dinner for 2 very special. She followed our dietary restrictions perfectly. Shes a professional chef and it showed. From presentation, to flavor, to the quality of her ingredients, Chef Nancy did it all at a 5-star level. Chef Nancy was very friendly, funny, and polite. I would highly recommend her and would definately have her cook for us again!

Nancy and her sous chef were amazing! Planning before they came over was super easy and it was fun to watch them work but even more fun to enjoy the meal! Nancy put a creative and inspiring spin of the types of dishes that I wanted for the evening and had us enjoying every bite. They were super respectful and made the at-home experience feel that much more special. Good people, great food, amazing experience!!!
